Vi värnar om din personliga integritet och samlar inte in fler uppgifter än nödvändigt för att behandla din beställning eller hålla dig uppdaterad enligt begäran. Vi säljer eller vidareger aldrig dina uppgifter till tredjepart utan rättslig grund.

ELVA Hållbara AB är ansvarig för behandlingen av personuppgifter som du lämnat till oss som kund eller genom en intresseanmälan. Dina personuppgifter behandlas av oss för att kunna hantera din beställning samt i de tillfällen då du har önskat nyhetsbrev eller kampanjerbjudanden – för att kunna anpassa marknadsföringen åt dina individuella behov.

Nedan information är en summering av hur vi i enlighet med dataskyddsförordningen (GDPR) lagrar och behandlar dina uppgifter.

  • 2.1 Vad är en personuppgift?

En personuppgift är all information som direkt eller indirekt kan hänföras till en fysisk person.

  • 2.2 Vilka uppgifter lagrar vi?

För att kunna hantera din beställning samt svara på frågor relaterat till din order (kundtjänst) lagrar vi ditt förnamn- och efternamn, adress, telefonnummer, e-postadress, ip-adress och köphistorik.

Dina uppgifter lagras så länge vi har en rättslig grund att behandla dina uppgifter, exempelvis för att fullfölja avtalet mellan oss eller för att efterleva en rättslig förpliktelse enligt exempelvis bokföringslagen.

  1. Rättslig grund

I samband med ett köp behandlas dina personuppgifter för att fullfölja avtalet med dig. Marknadsföring, kampanjer och liknande utskick sker efter samtycke från dig.

  • 3.1 Vilka uppgifter delas och med vilket syfte?
  • 3.1.1 Betalleverantör

Vid genomförande av köp, delas information med vår betalleverantör. Det som lagras är förnamn, efternamn, adress, e-postadress och telefonnummer. Informationen sparas för att kunna genomföra köpet och för att skydda parterna mot bedrägeri. De betalleverantörer (betaltjänster) som vi använder oss av är: Stripe

  • 3.1.2 Nyhetsbrev

Har du valt att prenumerera på vårt nyhetsbrev genom en intresseanmälan delas förnamn, efternamn och e-postadress med vår nyhetsbrevsleverantör. Detta för att kunna hålla dig uppdaterad med information och erbjudanden i marknadsföringssyfte. Vi använder MailChimp för utskick av nyhetsbrev.

  • 3.2 Rätten till tillgång

Du har rätt att få utdrag av all information som finns om dig hos oss. Utdrag levereras elektroniskt.

  • 3. 3 Rätt till rättelse

Du har rätt att be oss uppdatera felaktig information eller komplettera information som är bristfällig.

  • 3. 4 Rätten att bli glömd

Du kan när som helst be att uppgifterna som avser dig raderas. Det finns få undantag till rätten till radering, som till exempel om det ska behållas för att vi måste uppfylla en rättslig förpliktelse (exempelvis enligt bokföringslagen).

  • 3.5 Ansvarig för dataskydd

ELVA Hållbara AB är ansvarig för lagring och behandling av personuppgifter i webbutiken och ser till att reglerna efterföljs.

  • 3.6 Så skyddar vi dina personuppgifter

Vi använder oss av industristandarder som SSL/TLS för att lagra, behandla och kommunicera känslig information som exempelvis personuppgifter och lösenord på ett säkert sätt.

  1. Ändringar till de Allmänna Villkoren

Vi förbehåller oss rätten att när som helst företa ändringar i villkoren. Ändringar av villkoren kommer att publiceras online på webbplatsen. De ändrade villkoren anses för accepterade i samband med order eller besök på webbplatsen.

  1. Tvist och lagval

I tillfälle av att tvist inte kan lösas i samförstånd med företagets kundtjänst och kunden, kan du som kund vända dig till Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, se arn.se. För boende i ett annat EU-land än Sverige kan man lämna klagomål online via EU-kommissionens plattform för medling i tvister.

Vid eventuell tvist följer vi beslut från ARN eller motsvarande tvistlösningsorgan.

Tvist gällande tolkningen eller tillämpningen av dessa allmänna villkor ska tolkas i enlighet med svensk rätt och lag.

ELVA Hållbara AB is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer or through an expression of interest. Your personal information is processed by us to be able to handle your order and in those times when you have requested newsletters or promotional offers – to be able to adapt the marketing to your individual needs.

To be able to handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history.

Your information is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your information, for example to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation.

In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to complete the agreement with you. Marketing, promotions and similar mailings take place with your consent.

  • 3.1 What information is shared and for what purpose?
  • 3.1.1 Payment provider

When making a purchase, this information is shared with our payment provider: first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. The information is saved in order to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud. The payment provider we use is: Stripe.

  • 3.1.2 Newsletter

If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name and e-mail address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This is to be able to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes. We use MailChimp to send out newsletters and you can cancel your subscription from any of our mailings.

  • 3.2 The right of access

You have the right to receive extracts from all information available about you with us. Excerpts are delivered electronically.

  • 3.3 Right to correction

You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or supplement information that is incomplete.

  • 3.4 The right to be forgotten

You can request that the information concerning you be deleted at any time.

There are few exceptions to the right to deletion, such as if it is to be retained because we must fulfil a legal obligation (for example according to the Accounting Act).

ELVA Hållbara AB is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the webshop and ensures that the rules are followed.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company directly, you as a customer can turn to Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, (see arn.se). For residents of an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the European Commission’s dispute resolution platform.

In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.

Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.

När du slutfört din beställning skickas en orderbekräftelse till din e-postadress. I bekräftelsen finner du alla uppgifter om produkter, pris, fakturerings- och leveransdetaljer.

Är något fel i orderbekräftelsen ska du omedelbart kontakta oss via e-post till laura@elvahallbara.se.

  1. Leverans

Vissa produkter som säljs på denna webbplats är digitala och för dessa beviljas åtkomst omedelbart efter bekräftat köp.

  1. Priser

Alla priser i butiken anges i SEK och alla priser är inklusive 25% moms.

Vi reserverar oss rätten att ändra priser på grund av felaktig information som publiceras på denna webbplats.

  1. Ångerrätt

När du köper varor på denna webbplats har du som kund en 14-dagars ångerrätt från det att du slutför ditt köp enligt distansförsäljningsregler. Observera dock att eftersom webbplatsen endast säljer digitala produkter är din ångerrätt begränsad till tiden innan du börjar använda produkten. Vi anser att du har börjat använda produkten när du laddar ner PDF-”produktfilen” som är länkad från din orderbekräftelseskärm och e-post. 5.1 För att utöva din ångerrätt:

Du måste meddela oss att du vill återkalla köpet efter att du har fått din beställningsbekräftelse och innan du laddar ner PDF-produktfilen. Meddelandet måste skickas till oss laura@elvahallbara.se. I ditt meddelande vänligen berätta för oss, ditt namn, adress, e-postadress och ordernummer.

  1. Reklamation och klagomål

Vi ger en fullständig förklaring av en produkt på den sida du väljer att köpa den från. Om du är missnöjd med produkten efter köpet ska du kontakta oss på laura@elvahallbara.se med information om ditt namn, produkten, beställningsnummer och anledningen till ditt klagomål. Vi reserverar oss rätten att rätta till eventuella tekniska fel efter köpet.

Vi förbehåller oss rätten att vägra ett klagomål om vi inte håller med om att produkten inte är enligt beskrivningen inom ramen för gällande konsumentskyddslagstiftning. Vid klagomål som inte kan lösas mellan oss och en kund följer vi riktlinjer från Allmänna reklamationsnämnden.

Vi tar inget ansvar för indirekta skador som kan uppstå på grund av följande instruktioner eller förslag från någon av våra digitala produkter.

Vi reserverar oss för eventuella fel på webbplatsens produktsidor och gör alltid bästa för att presentera produkterna så exakt som möjligt.

Some products sold on this website are digital and access is granted for these immediately after confirmation of purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices due to incorrect information being published on this website.

  1. Right of withdrawal

When buying goods on this website, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you complete your purchase under distance-selling regulations. Please note however that because the site only sells digital products, your right of withdrawal is limited to the time before you start using the product.

We deem that you have started to use the product at the point that you download the PDF ‘product file’ which is linked from your order confirmation screen and email.

  • 5.1 To exercise your right of withdrawal:

You must tell us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase after you receive your order confirmation and before you download the PDF ‘product file’. The message must be sent to us laura@elvahallbara.se. In your message please tell us, your name, address, e-mail address, and order number.

  1. Complaints

We provide a full explanation of a product on the page from which you select to purchase it.  Should you be dissatisfied with the product after purchase you should contact us at laura@elvahallbara.se with details of your name, the product, order number and the reason for your complaint.  We reserve the right to rectify any technical post purchase error free of charge.

We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if we disagree that the product is not as described, within the bounds of current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints that cannot be resolved between us and a customer, we follow guidelines from Allmänna reklamationsnämnden. (in Swedish).

We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to your following instructions or suggestions from any of our digital products.
